Is honesty a big deal to you? It’s not a trick question.
Maybe you find more relaxed especially about those white lies.
Wherever you land on the spectrum being radical honesty and pathological liar, my autistic brain latches on to honesty hardcore. You question my decision to have purple hair? Fine. Maybe you think I am a little to loosey with the fuck words I throw around? Fuck yes you might be right. Perhaps you question my massage skills? No problem, every body is not for everybody.
But question my integrity? Thems fightin’ words. Big mistake. Big. HUGE!
The thing is though, if you are in my life and you question my integrity, it’s going to make me pause. I will get curious, and try to understand your perspective. Because at the end of the day, I only share my honesty with certain people. So if I shared it with you, I want to know how you feel, I trust your ability see blind spots I miss as I continue on my healing journey.
So join me, Hilary and Sydney as we break down the differences between these two values, who deserves our honesty, and who doesn’t. Enjoy, and let me know your key takeaway!

Be strong. Do it scared!

ICYMI: My good friend Kristin, a Mindset coach and fellow Jay Shetty Certified alum, wanted to create a space for more authentic stories to be told, more genuine support offered and more people letting shame go from their lived experience.

Permission Slip Granted (PSG) was born from that desire, bringing together 4 unique coaches/humans/women to share their incredible life stories, their joys, the pain and all the fuck words. PSG has really become a passion project for me, and I cannot wait to share it with more people.
