Have you ever heard or learned something, felt it disappear within your very being and suddenly the world was different?

For me it was a Ted Talk on The Power of Vulnerability.

Not only was the video instrumental in changing how I wanted to move through the world, but it began finding my first Soul Guide. Do I fangirl over Brené Brown? Shut up, you don't know me.

OMG It's her :D

As we discuss in this episode, these two values are linked together in many ways. My vulnerability is born from my number one life value: Authenticity. It means I choose the possibility of the people in my life, the ones I love, being able to deeply wound me. No, I don't walk around expecting it, but I have to be willing to be open to attack. Sounds scary? It gets easier with time. You learn who is worthy of your vulnerability.

There's plenty more about this as me and the girls unpack these two ideas that are near and dear to my heart. Enjoy, and let me know your key takeaway!

Be strong. Do it scared!

ICYMI: My good friend Kristin, a Mindset coach and fellow Jay Shetty Certified alum, wanted to create a space for more authentic stories to be told, more genuine support offered and more people letting shame go from their lived experience.

Permission Slip Granted (PSG) was born from that desire, bringing together 4 unique coaches/humans/women to share their incredible life stories, their joys, the pain and all the fuck words. PSG has really become a passion project for me, and I cannot wait to share it with more people.
